The equipment was really great and I received full instructions on operation. I also got extra ramps to load low profile sports cars all in. We hired the 12’ trailer from Carl at the end of July for our annual Isle of Wight trip for a week. The guys when I went to pick up the trailer were very informative and helpful in showing us how to hitch the trailer up and how to keep it safe when left unattended. Carl was very helpful and polite in letting me pick up the trailer a bit earlier and his pricing was very reasonable. Hired a large Ifor Williams BV126G twin axle box trailer from Star Truck trailers for transporting all the tents and equipment required for a scout camp for around 30 young people. Carl dropped the trailer off at my home and gave excellent instruction on all aspects of the trailer use, towing, loading and equipment provided. The trailer comes with internal spring loaded restraint bars and a set of quality straps to ensure the load doesn't move in transit. The trailer is in excellent condition. We had the trailer for 1 week to cover the camp where it performed flawlessly. The internal and external flood lighting fed from the towing hitch proved extremely useful whilst unloading at the end of the camp as it was late evening when we returned home to a poorly lit car park. Carl collected the trailer from my home the next day which was so helpful as saved me another towing journey. I would recommend Star Truck trailers to anyone, our group will certainly be using them again. Excellent service and a great price! Thank you Carl!
