Absolutely amazing and brilliant service. Rang Ash to arrange hire for a twin-axle box trailer for the day. Happened to mention I was collecting a BMW 6 cylinder engine from up north and then Carl asked me if I wanted to borrow their pallet mover and a spare pallet over the phone. Well what can I say, just made light work of shifting the engine lump once removed from the vehicle using the drop back door on the box trailer. Outstanding customer service, always polite to say the least providing all the necessary straps and attachments. With their collection & return policy which is very flexible, takes away the worries. I've used their trailers' on 5 x different occasions and they have never let me down. Very impressive to say the least and these trailers are well maintained have never let me down. Hired a trailer from Startruck for a near 500 mile trip and from start to finish the experience was top notch. I rented a trailer last week. Everything was very good. The trailer was in excellent condition, the price was keen, Carl and Ash were pleasure to deal with. It was great to be able to return the trailer next day it was even week end. My deposit was return very quickly. I will be contacting this company again when I next need a trailer.
October 2024, hired a car transporter and all went smoothly. 5 star, Professional setup, equipment, training and old school curtesy. Trustworthy, friendly and reliable . Recommend to friends and family to use. Cannot praise enough.

Needed to take some motorcycles abroad in a box trailer, Carl and his crew gave a fantastic level of service including additional fittings for securing the bikes in the trailer, and all relevant documentation for travelling abroad with the trailer. Everything for collection and drop-off very efficient. Reasonable price, very flexible service. Excellent all round service, will definitely use again, and would highly recommend.
